Hey guys, I made this DIY video over a year ago on how to make a gathered skirt. I made this video with just needle thread as I currently do not own a sewing machine at the moment.
I was actually sitting down bored on a Friday and was supposed to prepare Sunday dress oh but I just wasn't feeling anything I had so, I thought I should make a skirt (I have made skirts before with just needle & thread) ,so I decided to make this one with a fabric I had lying around.
I also wanted to film it. It took me two days to make.
I did have some help from all these "passerby tailors", he helped me fix the zip, I showed all of these in the video.
What you'll need;
- Fabric ; I used about 2 and a half yards to make this skirt.
- scissors
- measuring tape
- zip
- needle & thread
